	June-August Fish for Brown trout, sky-rocketing Steelhead, and salmon off- shore
	August-October Salmon are staging for their fall spawning run - big fish can be caught close to shore.

Rochester, NY provides one of the most consistent fisheries on Lake Ontario. The Rochester basin attracts early warm water for good spring fishing. Summer fishing includes good catches of Salmon, Steelheads, and Lake Trout. Browns can be caught closer to shore. Fall brings the legendary runs of King Salmon and Cohos.
